1. Payment Policy
All fees are due in full at the time of registration unless a payment plan has been explicitly approved in writing by the administration. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash at our campus.
2. Refund Policy
Strict No Refund Policy: Once a payment is made for any course, program, or service offered by Britain International Academy, it is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
We encourage all students and guardians to carefully review the course details, schedule, and requirements before making a payment.
3. Cancellation by Institute
In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled by the institute due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the fees paid for that specific course will be processed within 14 business days.
4. Late Fees
Failure to pay tuition by the specified due date may result in a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance. Continued non-payment may result in suspension from classes and withholding of certificates or transcripts.
